✺refunds/exchanges: all sales are final. no exchanges and/or refunds allowed.

✺jewelry care: most drippy gems items are delicate, dainty and NECKLACES can tangle easily as well. all necklaces (except for chunky and rondelle chokers) come wrapped around a piece of kraft board in a reusable, canvas bag. it is recommended once you are done wearing your jewelry, to re-wrap it around the kraft board once is removed to help prevent tangling.

most items are made with 14kt gold filled metal. i love gold filled because it really doesn’t change color or tarnish, it won’t turn your skin green, and you can get in the pool, ocean, shower etc with it on.

but, occasionally there will gold plated with brass or just pure brass. with gold plated or brass, please remove your jewelry and protect it from water and all the elements. i try not to use gold plated and brass, i know they can tarnish and change color.

✺repairs: please be gentle with the jewelry but if something breaks i will work with your for a repair. however, this will be at your expense that is tbd and will be discussed and agreed upon for pricing.
